Ask me what I do, and my answer will change depending on the day.
Because I’m a walking contradiction.
I’m either taking photos of every building in Portugal or I’ve barely touched my phone in days.
You’re either hearing back from me immediately… or you’ll get nothing for a week.
I’m listening to Taylor Swift one moment and Queen or Post Malone the next.
And honestly? That’s the most accurate representation of my work I could give you.
I left my career as a lawyer because I didn’t want to be in a box. In Human Design, my Sun sits in Gate 15 — the gate of extremes — and I’ve built a business that celebrates, rather than fights against, that truth.

Business should adapt to your life, not the other way around.
I made it my mission to understand every kind of business model and sales system.
Not to do them all at once, but so I could adapt my business to whatever felt most alive for me in any given season:
When my daughter was tiny, I ran a low-ticket membership because my capacity was limited (I was still working full time as a lawyer which left little time for any kind of 1:1 work—hello, parent-of-toddler zombie mode)
When I became our family's sole income earner, I scaled into high-ticket coaching because I had more space and my bank account had... less.
Now? I’m structuring my business model around summers with my family in Portugal - because that’s what matters most right now.
This isn't just how I live my life — it's the heart of what I teach.
Because after 8 years in business and scaling to multiple 7 figures, I've learned that the businesses that truly last aren't the ones with the most rigid systems — they're the ones built to evolve with you.
But like most ‘About’ pages, this wasn’t always the case 😆
Multiple 7-figures, a legendary team, and a reputation that preceded me in the industry... alongside a body that was BEGGING me to stop.
I was the queen of burnout, wearing it like a badge of honour while secretly wondering, "Is this success or just socially acceptable self-destruction?" 🤔
I'd been running all over the internet chasing trends like they were the last piece of chocolate in the house. Overworking like it was an Olympic sport. My nervous system was basically sending me hate mail at this point.
The worst part? I'd built a business that was fundamentally misaligned with who I actually am. I felt like I was wearing someone else's business model – and let me tell you, it fit about as well as those jeans from before the pandemic.
It was a whole heap of hustle, on top of a pretty shaky foundation.
And eventually, everything came crashing down in the most spectacular "I told you so" moment my body could orchestrate.
I hit my breaking point when my health took a nosedive, giving me the wake-up call I had been ignoring. It was my sliding doors moment – both doors essentially saying: "This isn't working, babe. Like, at all."
I could either rebuild my business from the ground up or return to a career that made me feel like I was slowly dying inside.
Not much of a choice, right?
It was like choosing between a root canal and... another root canal. But with paperwork.
So I did what most won't. I stripped it ALL back. I questioned everything. I started recognising the parts of me that had been running the show for far too long:
The part that felt safe only when her plate was overflowing.
The part that needed to control everything because that created a sense of safety when she was younger.
The part that defined success through productivity and external validation.
As I laid a new foundation, I wasn't just redesigning my business – I was discovering entirely new parts of myself. Parts that craved rest. Parts that loved fun and play. Parts that could see perspectives I'd been blind to before.
The journey wasn't about "fixing" my business; it was about expanding who I was allowed to be within it. About creating space for all of me, not just the achieving parts that had been running the show.
And I got to enjoy some fantasy fiction without feeling like I was committing a crime against hustle culture. (Seriously though, Iron Flame? Changed. My. Life.)
And that's when I discovered the real magic…
After 8 years in business, I've learned that the businesses that truly last aren't the ones with the most rigid systems - they're the ones built to evolve with you.
Because most business advice fixates on tactics that work right now, but ignore the reality of your life, energy, and changing seasons. They tell you to "just be consistent" without acknowledging that humans aren't meant to be.
Consistency is for robots and bread recipes, not for multidimensional humans with fluctuating energy and a life outside their laptop.
So instead of building a business that demands constant consistency from you…
…what if you created business foundations so solid that your business could be consistent even when you aren't?
That's why I created the Richness Without Sacrifice™ Framework, where we intersect:
Simple Strategy — The foundations that create repeatable results across any business model (because there's no "one weird trick" to success, but there are patterns that work across the board).
Personalisation — Tailoring strategies to your Human Design, strengths, and current capacity (because following someone else's blueprint is like wearing their prescription glasses - slightly nauseating and definitely not helping you see clearly)
Strategic Innovation — Using AI and systems to save time without sacrificing quality (because more time for Faerie smut reading is the ACTUAL dream, am I right?)
The result?
A business that can flex with your life seasons without breaking. One that supports you, not the other way around. One that actually feels good to run.
This journey of creating a fully adaptable business..
Led me to develop Constantly Converting By Design – a first-of-its-kind program for online business owners who crave that same flexibility.
It provides proven, foundational strategies that have generated millions in sales across every business model imaginable, along with the tools to personalize everything to YOUR unique energy and season.
Because business strategy without personalisation is a bandaid approach, and personalisation without a business strategy is, well, unprofitable! (And as much as your spiritual guides might say "money is just energy," your mortgage company hasn't gotten that memo yet)
I've seen this framework transform businesses time and again:
Clients going from $456 a month to $50K months within a year (while working LESS)
Entrepreneurs having a $20k week even while being offline for weeks
Business owners finally feeling like their business is working FOR them, not against them
This is Richness Without Sacrifice™ in action - and it's available to you too (No blood sacrifices required, I promise.)
Beyond business (because we're not just what we do)
I've lived in Portugal for the last year with my husband and daughter and absolutely love it. The history here is rich and full of depth, which speaks to my Cancer Sun and Capricorn rising (the ultimate "old soul in a modern world" combo).
I don't love small talk. I often come to my local park just to pet dogs and find old people to talk to. I think it's fascinating that they're our last generation to live the majority of their life without technology. They tell me cool things and it's honestly my main incentive for learning Portuguese! (That and ordering pastéis de nata correctly. Priorities.)

In this season, you’ll find me…
>> Reading fantasy fiction that wrecks me and revives me in equal measure (Onyx Storm, still not over you)
>> Finding new places to eat (Portugal has the BEST food).
>> Chatting to Portuguese elders about life before tech (with a dog by my side, obviously)
>> Planning our next European family adventure (Sag Moon things)
>>Building a business that respects my energy — and helping others do the same
Currently giving lots of f*cks about:
>> Scaling Constantly Converting By Design while keeping it deeply personal and high-impact
>> Building AI workflows that are actually useful (and joyfully simple)
>> Faerie smut (obviously) and slow mornings with espresso
>>Conversations with Portuguese grandmas about life before techHelping business owners stop building from chaos and start building from truth
Contradictions I’ve stopped apologising for:
>> Deep ambition + a hard stop on overwork
>>Strategic thinking + full permission to pivot
>> Leading others + needing time to wander alone
>> Writing big business plans + rewriting them the next week
>>Being obsessed with AI + deeply nostalgic for a world without it
This is the life I’m building. And it’s working beautifully.
If you're into creating a business that adapts to your life — not the other way around — you're in the right place.
